As for the program, I use the simple "Paint" program which comes with Windows. I simply use attributes (under "Image") in order to enlarge the image (which basically adds a white rectangle under or to the right side of the image) and then I add the text... You can do it yourself, it's very easy!
Even more ambitious than Toddler Jamie! Very nice captioning, the anal scene was gripping.
