I love your caption and the pics you choose to go with them. And although I don't have a picture in mind, I do have a suggestion for a story.
The scenario involves a boyfriend and girlfriend waking up in the planet of the giants. They are humiliated much like the characters of your other caps, but the BF is loving every moment of it because its a fetish he has kept secret. The GF is disgusted initially, but then becomes jealous of the BF constant state of pleasure she is basically forced to watch (considering they are never apart). BF eventually becomes disinterested in his GF because he is consumed with this world tailored to his fetish. She eventually succumbs to her own needs and starts testing out the various toys in their crib and playpen.
Oh ya, one idea could be with the giants is that a boyfriend/girlfriend or brother/sister are taken. The boy is made a baby girl and the girl is made to be a baby boy.
Another idea is that two high school friends are taken (both boys) and made into babys, one of which is made into a baby girl to be a baby girlfriend to the other.

I will try to write something for the upcoming updates along the lines you've suggested (And BabyEmmy, even though I mentioned your first idea about female to male along with male to female role reversal in 'Planet of Giants 27' at the bottom, this is definitely an idea I plan to explore further and dedicate at least one full caption to).
