I think I would first check if this is a dream or nightmare. If thats real, I would try to think logical how I get in this. I would then try to ask the woman, hope she speaks my language, and try to get back.
I have often dream from a situation like that (like most of others, too), but it's different when this REALLY happens to you and you dont know if your parents and friends are know where you are and if you are fine.
When she can proof me my family and friends a fine, I would stay and have some fun with the situation.
